Full-Cycle Product Development.
When you need a product built, not just code written, we take ownership of the whole cycle: product discovery, design, engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure and support after launch. One accountable team, transparent sprints and a codebase you fully own.

Who it is for.
Founders with a validated idea and a budget who need a senior team to ship an MVP in months, not years. Businesses digitising internal operations with CRMs, portals and dashboards. Companies replacing an agency or freelancers that left them with an unmaintainable codebase. We also act as an extended product team for scale-ups that want predictable velocity without hiring overhead.
How we deliver.
Discovery produces a prioritised scope, user flows and a clickable prototype within two to three weeks. Design and engineering then run in parallel two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. We build on a proven stack — Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Python or Node.js services, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure as code — so you get maintainability and hiring options, not a bespoke framework. QA is automated where it matters and manual where humans catch what scripts miss.

Frequently asked questions.
01How long does it take to build an MVP?
Three to five months from kickoff to a public release for a typical B2B or consumer web product, including discovery and design. Smaller internal tools ship in 6–10 weeks.
02What does a dedicated team cost?
A balanced team of a product designer, two to three engineers, QA and a part-time project lead ranges from 25–45k USD per month depending on seniority and composition. Fixed-price milestones are available after discovery.
03Who owns the code and the infrastructure?
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts and third-party services are registered to your organisation from day one, and we hand over documentation and runbooks at every milestone.
04Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Most clients continue with a monthly retainer for maintenance, monitoring and new features; others move to an in-house team with our help in hiring and onboarding.
05How do you work across time zones?
We are based in Ukraine (EET, UTC+2/+3) with at least four hours of overlap with the US East Coast and a full working day with Europe. Communication runs through Slack, weekly calls and written sprint reports.
