A modular CRM shaped around how the team actually works

An internal platform used by our own operations and offered to clients as a customisable base for their processes.

The challenge.
Off-the-shelf CRMs force processes into their model and charge per seat for features nobody uses. We needed a system where pipelines, entities and views can be configured per team, changes appear instantly for everyone, and the whole thing stays simple enough to extend in a day.
What we built.
We built a modular architecture where each business object is a plug-in module with its own schema, views and permissions. WebSockets broadcast changes so boards and lists update live. Drag-and-drop kanban pipelines, inline editing and keyboard navigation make daily use fast.
- Module system: define entities, fields and views without touching core code
- Real-time updates across users via WebSockets
- Drag-and-drop pipelines and reorderable lists
- Role and permission model down to the field level
- Prisma on PostgreSQL with migrations and seed tooling
Outcome.
